You eat whole foods?
I can only afford to eat half foods...
Tell us more about the supplements, please. Will I benefit from taking them, and how?
>>eat whole foods plant based diet
You have trancended from being retarded to being pants-on-head retarded

Q10 is a powerful antioxidant and also assists mitochondrial function. It is commonly listed as one of the most highly recommended supplements out there.
L-Caritine (particularly ALCAR) improves cognitive function, assists weight loss and has been shown to have a plethora of health benefits.
In addition I take Vitamin D and Omega 3 supplements and have been thinking about adding Phosphatidylcholine to that list.

More like PLANTS on head retarded!

I'm still testing this diet out. The micronutrient richness and cardiac health benefits attracted me to it,
What is wrong with it in your opinion?
>>38867509
What's wrong is that it evokes a knee-jerk reaction in people who wish to bury their thick heads under the sand.
>>38867308
At least that gets him out of the next offensive.
>>38867509
Oh, you're on a diet? Good for you!
WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DOCTOR SAY? DID YOU EVEN TALK TO THEM?
>>38867602
So you're just one of those muh vegans can't be healthy types huh? Here's my nutritional stats from yesterday. How well do you think you'd fare on a random day?
>>38867289
>plant based diet
You're not gonna make it newfriend
lmao why did this devolve into a circlejerk about veganism? I wanted to talk about longevity. I guess that isn't something many depressed people are interested in.

I work in a vitamin store and we usually only recommend coq10 to old people, people with heart problems, or people on statins. I question how much of an impact it will make on the day-to-day well-being of a young person.
The rest sounds pretty good though. A good multivitamin, omega-3 and vitamin D are good supplements for shut-in types with lacking diets. Also recommend l-theanine/gaba for anxiety.
>>38868647
I have also heard some criticism of excessive antioxidant use in young people but not enough to convince me to not take Q10. I may do some more digging on it.
L-Theanine sounds promising from what I've heard. I might get some for my finals next semester.

>Quadruple the carbohydrates compared to protein/fat
>Most of your diet is basically buffer shit that has 0 nutritional value faggot

Are you one of these people who don't believe in micronutrients?
I've taken CoQ10 for two months now, haven't noticed anything. :(
26m / somewhat active / not overweight
Has anyone noticed any improvement from CoQ10?
>>38869136
I take it for longevity reasons so i don't expect any immediate effects from it. I haven't heard from anyone that it had any noticeable effects on them besides a vague "feeling better".
>>38867472
LET ME YELL "CAAAAARLOOOOOOOOS!!" AT HIM YOU FUCKING STUPID FUCKING ROBOT
>>38867289

>>38869697
I plan on taking 30mg/day. More would be extreme for my age I think.
