i know the stuff, i can do the skills, but i'm having the same problem i had in emt school, and that's the fact that I simply don't care about my patients.

like, i'll do what i can to save you, but honestly if some one dies on me it's not a big deal to me and i feel no empathy.

I mean this is probably good thing in some way. You probably couldn't do the job if you got emotionally invested into every patient. If you know your stuff and have the skills and do what you can to save people, then I think you're cut out for it.

I really just don't want to do anything with my life. Everything I do, I do it because that's what people do. Same with fun/leisure stuff.
