Don't listen to this guy anon. Leg lengthening is a pretty serious and invasive surgery with a very long and only partial recovery. Some people think it's worth it, but do your own research.
I'm a pretty big manlet (5'8" but most people think I'm taller) so it wasn't worth it for me. Dunno about being 5'3" though.
