I'd be shocked and not know how to react and basically blow the whole situation stammering and trying to do damage control.

I've legit never recieved any complaints about the size of my penis from women I have been with, but I'm self-conscious to the point where I literally apologized for its size when I first got naked in front of the girl I lost my virginity to.
