been a week without nicotine
been a month without alcohol
FUCK! I need some chemicals to relax.
Any other anons going clean and having a rough time?
I have to go for weeks and sometimes months at a time without alcohol for work.
It's not fun, but I suppose it is healthier.
Had to quit smoking about 4 years ago after Dr discovered tumour on my tongue. Had it surgically removed and survived, but it wasn't a walk in the park.

Why going clean?
Why not just go for classier drugs (read: psychedelics)?

ive been trying to get into shrooms, but its risky.
I've haven't drank in almost 3 years, but I still do DXM. On a tolerance break from that though, next week sometime I'll probably dose again

Just remember to not up dosage (and never more than 1.5x) unless you can confidently handle yourself on a lower dosage and have done so at least twice.
Also, always have a sitter whenever you up dosage or try things for the first/second time.
