I check the craigslist ads every day.
Today there is a job pumping gas on a resort island where rent is 150 bucks, and the job is likely easy as shit because only 100 people even live on the damn place. You'd be making more than minimum wage and saving much much more than dumb mainlanders because you pay a fraction of the rent. They'll even give you money to move there and there's a liquor store on the island.
There are jobs like this popping up every day, I always see a good one. But all around me are familiar whiners complaining no jobs exist.
pumping gas isn't a job

it is when you live on a resort island and rent is a pittance

They never work out well, anon. Look for a real job.
Wow, 150 for rent? Are you sure that's not by the week rate? Where is this?

no it's a secret now, I decided that I might want to take the job.
but that ad said between a hundred fiddy and three hundred a month, subsidized by either the government or the employer not sure who.

Jamal's crackhouse?

whatever jealous dumb dumbs you just wait until I am funposting from my secret island resort

Well good luck on it, let us know how it goes.
In my mind, I'm still thinking there has to be some sort of catch, but I'm cynical .

thanks mister, I am more and more intrigued by this position. I might drop my current job and the government job I am applying for and just go fucking pump gas. I don't give a fuck anymore. I never cared what kind of job I do or what it looked liked to people, I just want to make enough cash and not work very hard. I'll probably get hit by a car and die before I get old anyway so who cares what I do.
plus it's a cozy island of 100 people with a bar and a spa. I like spas too. It'd be a nice community.
Is it pawley's island?
Is it St george island? Or nuvinak?

Can I ask what section of craigslist you check?
