HRT is largely an all or nothing ordeal. Taking a small amount of estrogen by itself won't really do much as testosterone is much more powerful a hormone. If you really must dabble into HRT just take a small dose of spiro to lower your testosterone, but even that isn't that healthy considering your body needs some sort of sex hormone to function normally. Also go to a doctor before you start playing legos with your endocrine system.

Hrt isnt going to do much besides be a placebo if you arent taking much of it.
The problem is as long as your t levels are high it covers up the efects of estrogen.

My levels were tested be a doctor, my t was 300 and e was 54 before hrt.

My levels were on the low end for t and high end for e for the average male, and even with that i still have to be on a normal dosage for it to have an effect.

Without knowing the guys levels its hard to say what to do. But you should take estrogen while taking spiro. Bad effects of being low t happen when under 300t. adding in some estrogen will help balance that out.

Bad effects of low t without being on e become very apparent when sub 100t

I would also recommend a doctor but your not going to fuck up anything by taking a small dose. At most if you take it everday for the rest of your life you might damage your liver
