I buy virgin instead of extra virgin because I'm a poorfag, but I would never use it for cooking. Olive oil shouldn't ever be heated, you should use other kinds of oil for that, like sunflower oil or whatever else americans use for frying.

I also have used it to treat my skin and hair. I had some problems with my skin and it really helped a lot, just don't apply it when you're going to go out because people will smell it, and your skin will glisten too much for a few hours.

Read up on how good is olive oil for your skin, seriously. It makes a difference in your looks.

I don't use anything beyond canola oil. Don't really use seasoning oil. Don't really need to either. My cooking is still bomb as fuck
