Never NEVER try to seek help. If someone manages to make you feel better about yourself they'll think you won't be offended by what they say anymore and they'll mock you. Anything you do to try and make them stop is met with the usual "I'm just joking don't take it so seriously!" kind of shit.
Making you feel better about yourself is their way to openly tell you what they think of you without feeling about it.
