>never learned how to tie my shoes
i just slip the laces under my foot and it seems to work fine.
have any of you not learned basic life skills?
I can't swim.
Have no friends to be at the pool, to afraid to learn by myself.

I don't remember the months of the year.
Yet I want to invent something and release it to the public, hopefully it'll be cool. In my autistic dreams I invent warp drive, adventure and shitpost on 4chan from a different solar system.

Yeah man, I'm just content I found a place with other people like me. Sometimes, it even feels comfy

tieing your shoes is just a simple knot you learn in 30 seconds

I learned a lot of things really late, like I couldn't tell the time on a clock until I was eight, or tie my shoes until nine, or remember months of the year (even now I have to list them from the start to remember them). Didn't know how to snap my fingers or whistle. Bad at all sports. Never memorized my times tables. Never learned how to swim or ride a bike. Still haven't learned how to drive (I'm 20.) I have no fashion sense and don't know how to put together or buy a good looking outfit (I wore 'autism shoes' until I was 19.) For some reason I write letters from bottom to top, and I can't write in cursive or even write a signature properly like everyone else seems to. I have trouble following instructions and directions sometimes. I don't know why this is, if it was bad parenting and/or I was just born this way.

For the longest time, I didn't know shit about tying shoes. It's easy, but a hassle. I usually put my laces under my foot if I don't have time.
