I taught myself the saxophone, violin, piano, and music composition software.

I don't need to learn how to use 3D printers or laser cutters, I can just pay people to do that shit for me, so I can spend my time doing shit I actually want, like learning languages.

I taught myself photoshop, airbrush painting, writing, video editing, and the airbrush was the only thing that was sort of expensive.

I'm into making shit, too. But you know what I realized? After years and years of making art and literally no one giving a shit, there's really no difference between making music and not making music, painting and not painting. Whatever I make, no matter how polished or refined, just rots unappreciated. Hobbies are pointless. Just a good way of killing time.
