watch the anime is sequential order, the first 2 parts are super short. its slow at first, but very worth it.

if its not your thing, read the Part 7 manga. its a standalone and considered the greatest part of the entire series. read it at some point regardless.

Part 1 is very generic and kind of boring
Part 2 is better, super likable MC
Part 3 is where it hits its stride fully, THE JoJo is MC
Part 4 is the polar opposite of Part 3 as far as scale is concerned, MC is great, some supporting characters are annoying, villain is somewhat relate-able

That being said, I love the series and there wasnt a single part that I didnt enjoy. I just rate 5 particularily low because the pacing is weird and I read the duwang version, not a proper translation.

It's pretty solid, but don't be anime only. The rest of the parts after 4 are real good, and waiting out for it to be animated is dumb.
