If you're a UK citizen it's free, I was given 3 different creams before finally being recommended the real shit. Basically you take two tablets a day as well as go for a blood test every couple of months to make sure it's not fucking you up, and by the time your course is finished you stop getting new spots completely.

Well before roacctuane I was a KV but now I'm just a V. Pulled 3 birds and 2 of them came onto me first.

Whether that is correlation or causation I'm not sure but it's definitely a result of my confidence as a whole improving. Much happier with taking pictures of myself and making attempts to dress better etc.

The thing about acne was that it was always easily treatable but being surrounded by normies makes you think it's entirely your fault for having it. Just go to a dermatologist and try some meds. Yes, it might take several visits before you get the right one but nothing else will help you.
