Disconnect from all the bad stuff and focus on what brings you joy, contentment, pleasure, peace, health, and all the good emotions, even melancholy is great ( I mean the occasional pleasantly sad feeling that maybe makes you cry a little but not to the point it makes you wanna off yourself). Understand life is intrinsically unfair, hurtful and vulgar, most people, including family, friends, classmates, teachers, coworkers, can be rude and hurtful, so focus on the few who are nice and if there's no one then just just focus on yourself, George Washington said "it's better to be alone than have shit company" (or something like that), there's no shame in being alone.
