Hey, it's the OP from yesterday's thread. Thank God, I wasn't fired for shop lifting. I was fired for failing the month long "New Employee Evaluation." According to the evaluation sheet, I was late everyday and needed a manager to overide me. I didn't know their attendance policy was so strict. I was certainly tardy everyday, but only by 5 mins at most. It even said it on the paper. I was still running off my job's old clock policy where I had at a 15 min leeway.
This was literally the best case scenario to come out of this.
Also on another note, I'm not shoplifting anymore. $2 wasn't worth a night's worth of panic.
