I could do some of these. There's a 7-11 nearby I checked just now. They have rice balls and a lot of good meals under 5 dollars.

I went to a bakery called "Paul" or something where they sold a lot of odd things. I just bought what looked like a 3/4 corndog and some chocolate croissant for 700~ yen. I was going to sit inside but the waiter pointed to the "CLOSED" sign even though some guy and 2 girls were clearly in a table. I just ate it on an outside table and walked back to the hotel.

Kinda tired now but I thank all who replied with ideas on what to do. I don't feel like I've accomplished much I couldn't do at home but heat aside, it....ok it's actually still kinda bad. I just wish to be home shitposting as usual instead of in this hotel room.
