Told her i am waiting for my birth certificate to come in the mail so i can join the military. Thats the only thing i need to join as of right now and she said "maybe you should choose something that isnt so diificult" and all this other nonsense. I mean the rest of my family has said i made great progress and they beleive in me but she refuses to acknowledge that i have made any at all.

See thats the thing though. My cousin is in the military and he is the same age as me. She fully encouraged him. It literally makes no sense to me. Hell most of yhe people on my dads side of the family was in the military. Everyone but my dad infact. My dads dad was in,my dads brother is still in and a few others. There is no reason for her to act like this towards me.

Well that's rather bazaar. Maybe she thinks you aren't capable of it. If that's the case, she isn't necessarily being mean, but rather she's underestimating you. If it is the case, you just have to be successful in the military to prove her wrong.
