I'm a male, but I can think of nothing that could change about me, my situation, or my life that would make me "happy." I'd love to be more attractive, taller, a NEET with NEETbux rolling in, but even if I had all of these it would be "eh" at best. I'd still (without medication) experience crippling self loathing every day. I'd still cry nearly every day. I'd still contemplate suicide often. And medication for depression, if it does "work", doesn't make you happy either. You'll still be depressed, but it will be bearable.

I always assumed that in the western world depression is akin to an allergic reaction in some people. I know a couple of girls personally who are suppossedly depressed despite fucking around and chilling on NEETbux. I think that like with the immune system, if your mental barriers are not stressed enough, you get over-sensitive and the slightest push will give you a complete breakdown.
Basically they are fucking pussies who need a reallity check so they can actually function in society. Also applies to some robots here desu.
