Anyway, there's nothing wrong with wanting to perform for others. Literally every musician thinks about it. It's even good for you and will make you better musician. There's nothing wrong with picking up an instrument just because you have a few songs you really want to learn how to play either, it gives you a lot of motivation. Some of you guys are way too hard on yourselves, there's no point in being embarrassed about things that never even happened. You should have acted on that desire to learn how to play an instrument though, it's very nice.
