/r9k/, I can't ask this on /fit/ because they treat me like shit and don't understand that I don't want to eat healthily.
I'm willing to completely give up eating most food, but I need to know exactly how I need to go about this. I want to be skelly. I hate feeling fat constantly.
I'm 5'3 and probably 140 pounds.
Can anybody give me advice on how to do this?

Literally just count your calories everyday with a calorie tracking app. Put in everything sing thing you eat. Eat 1500 calories or less a day. I've lost 60 pounds since December doing this
Eat a bunch of brown rice with everything. It'll make you feel full but it has barely any calories. Never, ever drink soda.

1) Do some type of cardio more.
2) Eat slightly less than normal.
That's all really.
You could also just eat like 1,000 calories daily (I'm assuming you're female) and not exercise.
