Happened to me too. I used to trap, was pretty cute as a teenager. Then the hair loss started.

I ended up shaving, growing a beard and filled out a bit more as I got older. Now I look like a pretty normal 32 year old guy. I mostly shave my head but if I don't I kinda look like a dad.

My voice is the only thing that stayed girly but now even that's going.

Might as well accept it and either start buying wigs or do like me and reverse it.
