Got 250g Phenibut today. How do I dose? I don't chase a

500mg-1 gram. Try 500 mg and if that helps than just stick with it or raise it ever so slightly if you want to fine tune it.

My best result from phenibut was with a approximate 250mg dose. Between 100 and 750 is probably the range for positive therapeutic effects. I've taken some monster doses trying to get high but it really isn't worth it.

I shouldn't get some kind of physical addiction when I stay under a gram/day, right?

I get a nice high from 1200. Less than that is far more mild and is more therapeutic than anything.
Your tolerance builds immediately, btw. I use it once a month or every 2-3 weeks at the most because any more than that and you have to start upping it.
I personally save it for days that I know are going to be shitty and take it preemptively.
