Have you ever considered that OP isn't actually disabled? I had an uncle that couldn't work at all. Literally. He couldn't stay awake, couldn't reasonably be trusted with equipment or lifting, etc. Yet he kept getting denied over and over and over. Rightfully so too. This was a guy that doctor shopped in the area until he found one that would give him the pills he "needed", smoked weed and occasionally crack, and mixed alcohol in with all of it.

Could he work? No. Not even in the slightest. So he argued that he was disabled. Said he needed the pills for his back problems. Was he actually disabled though? Take a wild guess.
