Cut off human contact for 10 years. In the end, you'll be dead or emotionally numb.

BPD makes my mind go numb sometimes unintentionally. But once, my emotions got so overwhelming somehow I managed to just shut it all down. I ended up just staring at the ceiling for an hour until I finished running away from my problems. Thing is, it's probably not healthy to try to suppress feelings. Let it all out somehow and I'm sure you will feel better. All you have to do is find someone to let it all out to and that can be anything from your friend to imaginary friend to your cat.

Just inagine you are a machine and you are changing your configurations using your heart as a switch.
Depression helps, constantly berating and putting yourself down as well as immediately sabotaging any happy thoughts work too.
Keep at it and eventually there will be no feelings coming since you automatically bury them away, spontaneous anger or rage may happen.
Sort of like mental nihilism but only for yourself.
