Made chicken soup and some bread last night for dinner. The cold rise helped the bread stay fluffy but i under cooked it and it wasnt as crispy as id like. Soup was bretty gud though.

I made this salad the other day. Nothing really fancy but it was delicious.
Last night I cooked soy ginger chicken thighs with fried rice. It was my first time making fried rice but both dishes came out really well. I wish I took some pics.

Made stew tonight here is the story
>Cut chunks of beef
>Mad because pot is dirty (at myself since I live alone)
>Seared beef without bacon since I'm broke this week)
>Added to the pot
Chopped come onion and fried on same pan
>Added garlic
>Added Stout
>Deglazed and let it simmer a bit
>Into the pot.it goes
>Add carrot and celery to pot
>Add chicken stock
>Add mustard, salt and black pepper
>Bring to boil
>Lower heat to minimum
>Take shower
>Clean kitchen since I have two hours to kill
>Clean the floors
>Take out trash
>Boil potatoes
>Stew is just about done, potatoes not boiling yet
>Use pan to cover potatoes pot to bring to a boil faster
>Turn stew to high for five minutes
>Serve, add cheese

I struggle we the fried rice because no matter what I try it ends up too moist
And I tried different types of rice and leaving it to stale inside the fridge and outside and a variety of different things and nothing works, it always ends up too moist

>grilled chicken w/ carrots, onions, green onions, peppers, parsely, cayenne pepper, + kung pao sauce
other than that I hate like 6 mini candy bar pieces
