So recently I watched this video from this cool Youtuber named CGP Grey. He's kinda cool like he makes vids on history and geography and kinda geeky things. Sooo anyway he made a video on reddit and it sorta piqued my interest. Anyway, so I went on Reddit and it's actually kinda cool. Like there's lots of cool communities and discussions that go on there that are actually constructive (unlike on 4chan, I'm sorry to say). So, basically, this is like my invitation for you to come to the light side. Come join me on Reddit! It's not as bad as you think and basically it's actually pretty lit!

well the guy in the vid puts it kinda perfectly reddit is for finding things. Real discussion is impossible because its all a fight for popularity and thus its just a huge circle jerk of boring things that appeal only to the widest audience
