Didn't wash myself or even change clothes for most of this summer, so nearly 2.5 months. Don't recommend it. My skin grew a black-green layer of gunk that had to scrape off. Started to smell so bad it was even bothering myself. Smelled like salty sweaty old jizz. I just don't enjoy showers
