I don't think noodles are terrible, add some frozen veg which takes 10 mins to steam, fair trade off imo.

Just buy fresh vegetables if you're eating them every day. A bag of potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, and carrots will run you maybe 8$. Much healthier and tastier.
