I am a psychiatric and I have been reading this board for a while because of a patient, let me tell you THE LACK OF SEX IS WHAT IS MAKING YOU SICK GUYS

Most of you are healthy young men who does NOT suffer from any mental illness or clinical depression, instead you suffer from a sexual starvation which makes havoc to a man health.

We as men NEED TO HAVE SEX regularly, that means once per week at least, sex deprivation is what is making you sick physically and mentally and the more time you let this deprivation unsolved the more damage it will make up to the point of being totally irreparable.

Beware that masturbation is not a solution, actually is the worst you can do; To put it simple lacking of sex is like being super hungry if you only relies in quick bar of chocolate relief (masturbation) your health will deteriorate even more, you need real food (sex) to function properly.

So this is it, most of your self-diagnostic problems, "mental illness", "depressions", "anxieties", "antisocial behavior", etc... is because the SEX DEPRIVATION you are suffering, I can not tell you or help you in how to get the sex you need, but I can assure you if you get your regular sex quota all those mental and physical daemons will "miraculously" fade away.
