I also work out five days a week, but I've been distance running so much I think I've lost nearly all my gains. I volunteer red cross as well. Most if not all of their casework activities are online now and they need people to sit home and take phone calls and fill out forms for people whose homes were damaged in fires or flood. There are lots of cool classes you can take, everything is free. Since I don't work anymore I deploy nationally to disaster zones. Last year I was in South Carolina and Louisiana, it's like adult summer camp and they pay for everything.

Thanks, friend. It's a good break from normal life. The best job I had was behind the customer service desk at a shelter where I had to coordinate people in the shelter with the resources they needed to get out of the shelter (calling their insurance company and FEMA usually, but sometimes mental health services to get their medications that were destroyed in the flood, that sort of thing). One girl was seriously mentally ill and was being given the runaround by FEMA, so I called in the FEMA manager and had her sorted out by the next day, in the FEMA apartment she paid for, mold free.
