Texting is a worse form of communication. It takes them longer to text so they make small and stupid comments. You just can't make a paragraph sized post as easily.

Mostly this. I'm phone posting right now even though I'm sitting right in front of my computer, sometimes it just feels better to post from my phone. As long as posting from a phone doesn't dilute the quality of your shitposts then you're good. I also tend to get way more typos and spelling errors when phone posting

I like to post from my computer, but ever since I got a job I started passing the time during my breaks by shitposting. Eventually after a year or so I ended up with an reaction image folder better than the one on my laptop, so now I mostly post off of my phone. Keep in mind that I go back to computer posting when I feel like being a decent poster and having a good time with anons, but most of the time I prefer to be a dickbag and shitpost "how can u white bois even compete?" Threads on /pol/.

Some of us prefer to post while laying in bed ready to fap. I won't browse 4chan on my laptop horny as fuck, to then go to my bed and jerk off. I'd rather lurk here before I fap.
