I'm 27 I speak from experience. I've felt like a robot forever. My life has been one long "get my shit together" routine that hasn't worked. I'm in exactly the same place I was at 18. At 17 I was in exactly the same place I was at 12.
The only thing that's changed has been my surroundings.

I can confirm that these are true and work. I was in a similar position to you, op.
Once I stopped doing that so much, it made my mental health so much better.
I try to cut down on it and at first it was impossible. It felt like I was completely addicted. I would stop for 1-2 days and say I was done--but I kept coming back.
It had to take my no-no regions to become numb and feel like they were going to fall off to make me to stop.
It scared me so badly that ever since then I have been limiting the amount of faps.

Finally I can think clearly. Finally I am not depressed as fuck every second of the day.
Also, exercise helps a lot too.

Stop fapping so much, and start to exercise.
This is not a meme.
It saved my life.

Just make sure to not do it so much to the point where you rely on it.

here's what I did.
At first I went 1 day. THen did it. Then increase the days without it to 2. And slowly just increased the amount of days so now it's at once per 4-5 days. I think I can stay like this for now. My health seems to be better.
I don't have a job though. So I'm not sure if getting a job will help. Hopefully it does. Good luck anon.
