If you had to do your life over but without getting a college degree and comfy white collar job with benefits, which lower class menial trash job would you pick? I would work in a restaurant because cooking is a hobby for me so maybe that would suck less than other menial jobs.

Does anyone else have a college degree + comfy white collar job with benefits and decent pay, but literally nothing else going for them?

working in a restaurant is nothing like cooking for yourself at home
more stress than it's worth imo

That would be me. I can afford to support myself but I have no friends and few interests to entertain myself with (can't exactly spend all day cooking and eating). I just kind of exist.

I have a college degree + unemployment after being laid off from my last "lower class menial trash job"
Unfortunately it's a trash degree from UC Riverside.

I could probably afford to support myself but still live with my parents so I could save even more of my money and waste it on shit like video games. I have no friends either and haven't done anything social in a long ass time. All of my coworkers are actual adults and I'm 25. Literally haven't spoken to a single girl who isn't a coworker or family in two years. I also just kind of exist.

Probably some kind of vaguely technical blue-collar trade job. Maybe electrical work. Maybe facilities staff for a university.

>facilities staff
Those sorts of jobs always seemed so comfy to me.
