All they care about is you pushing their STUPID red cards. You can do favors, always be on time and all that shit yet all it comes down to is, how many redcards did you get last week?
Cashier is such a shitty gig. The "team leaders" (managers) even come up with stupid cringe games to try to motivate you to get redcards by competing against your coworkers.

Worst job i ever had am still salty. Ill be here if anyone else has questions about that godawful place
