How do you guys deal with a full time job? I was NEET for years, and now i work i just feel dead everyday. It saps so much energy. How do i build up my tolerance and improve my energy levels?
No idea. I worked full time in my early 20s before becoming NEET, but I'd sooner kill myself than do that ever again

It's something that comes with time, people normally go from spending 7 hours a day at school to 7 hours a day at work. It's normal behavior and something that is programmed into our society. Give it a couple years, you'll be doing it like clockwork.
If that sounds awful and depressing, that because it is. Having a job you enjoy helps, as well. Be sure to spend your free-time doing stuff you enjoy.

Diet and proper sleep schedule can help. It might seem like you're cutting back on your free time you're just enriching it
I mean 3-4 hours of productive free time is better than 6 where you're just lethargic
It helps if it's a job you enjoy. In grad school I always had a ton of free time because my classes and research did not take up much of my time (this was unusual, though). Going into software development after I graduated, I was worried about a 40-hour work week, and for the first few months it did suck, but as I got used to the job and got better of it, it became more satisfying and enjoyable. Now I don't mind going in to work.
