Actually it is. Being ugly and short is a direct result of genetics unless a really bad accident were to happen to someone which would disfigure them. Both of which aren't by choice and are beyond people's control.

Being fat is the result of an unhealthy lifestyle along with an unhealthy diet. Both of which are personal choices. They primary reason why fatties look ugly is because of the fat. In nature it isn't appealing at all. Females that are fat are deemed unfit to bear children and mean that are fat are deemed unfit to protect the tribe and females.
