If you shoplift, you're literally a nigger, regardless your skin colour.

The only people who shoplift are little kids, black people and homeless people.

You are one of these things.
>>
>>38519563
Kleptomaniacs do it too.

>stealing cheese
why
>>
A surprising number of normies will "forget something in the cart."
In my opinion, people who steal from chain stores are partly justified for it. I don't steal, myself, but stores usually jack up prices to account for inventory loss. Not everyone can afford that. You are punished for doing the right thing.

I'm married and shop lifted when I was a teenager/child, I knew normal people who shoplifted in college. Most shoplifters are old ladies though
>>
>>38519781

It's America.
Anything that isn't preprocessed heavily and laced in sugars and salts is expensive as fuck.

Wanna know how much a fresh lettuce will lost you? 5 fucking dollars. For a fucking lettuce.
>>
I always steal cheese. That shit is mad expensive, like $12 for a little wedge of good parmesan. If I'm already buying $60 worth of groceries I'm not fucking paying 20% of that just for some cheese, which is a topping / snack / hors d'ouvere.
>>
>>38519781
Picture is from Denmark. 46.99 DKK is approximately 7.36 USD.
>>
>>38519797
It has to be your area. I'm in Florida and things are very cheap here. Fresh lettuce costs $2-3, and I usually buy good quality cheese for $10 but its a large pack. I have never seen cheese that expensive.

I used to walk by the alcohol isle and swiftly put two bottles of the best looking whiskey under my belt under my shirt and walk right out the front door. One time I walked out with two handles and no one noticed. Those fucking handles lasted me weeks and I was giving out a lot to my brothers and uncle. I don't see the point in ever paying for alcohol unless you want beer. It's pretty hard to steal cases of beer without being seen and running. But I have done that. It's a way of life

Literally where? I can get a 6 pack of romaine hears for like 4 dollars. Cheese isn't expensive either. Most things like provolone, fontina, havarti, parm are like $5-$7 a pound.

I work in a supermarket. Moderately sized one in the UK. We lose hundreds of pounds worth of spirits and meat every day. Smackheads come in constantly and then go sell it in a pub around the corner.

The chain is too cheap to hire a security guard, won't even bother getting security tags for the products. I try and stop them when I can but some threaten you with knives and shit. It's not even in a rough area.

>live in the South
>there's an epidemic of petty theft among white teenage girls who steal cheap mascara and shit from Walmart

Although the receipt checks are supposed to be voluntary, this is the South where everybody is in inbred hick and blindly abides with authority figures. So Walmart can get away with detaining you for any arbitrary reason. And the police will actually arrest you for refusing to comply with Walmart's policies regardless of constitutional grounds.

I worked loss prevention.

Most shoplifters in my area were upper middle class white women, generally over the age of 50.

I only did it when I was underaged. I'd slip a bottle of vodka in my wasteband and buy some pringles and a soda. Also the dollar store didn't carry liquor, but they did carry wine so I copped some bottle from them a few times too.

>now Walmart treats its entire consumer base like criminals
Why do they do it at Costco? You need a Costco passport to get in the damn place and everything comes in boxes and cans and jars and jugs larger than my torso. How's anyone supposed to shoplift from that place?

Not that it can't be done, but it seems awfully post-9/11 of them to have the cart checks.

Lately I've been wondering what it would be like to shoplift. Like something small from a convenience store.

I've never stole anything in my life.
I'm in my mid 30s, white, with a decent job and I probably don't look like they type of guy who would steal a chocolate bar.
But I wonder what it would be like? What if they caught me? Would I go to jail? Could I ruin my life and reputation by doing this one little crime?
>>
>grandfather missed one item in cart and leaves without paying for it

Meanwhile, I just keep the shit I accidentally steal.
>>
In my younger and dumber days I would steal huge, expensive things from Walmart just to see if I could. Adrenaline rush I guess. Things I would just put on a cart and wheel out-

Air conditioners
Lawn mowers
Pools
Computers
50+ inch TVs
Tires

Never got caught
>>
I could never steal because my nerves would cause my body to suddenly explode violently in whatever isle I was in.
>>
You know the shit stores sometimes display outside? Is there a camera watching that shit? I'm always tempted to steal pumpkins during halloween season.
>>
>>38526215
It would be a waste of time and money that is so disproportionate to a chocolate bar.

The only reason I stole booze when I was younger was because I couldn't buy it and had nothing to lose. Even as a young drunk I could do a basic risk/reward analysis in my head. Someone who is well to do financially and is respectable shouldn't shoplift. It just doesn't make sense. Find an other way to get your kicks. Whatever it is about shoplifting that seems appealing to you you can find somewhere else.

>>
>>38519654
If I can, I just part of the item I need and then return it.

Usually most items have some fault anyway. For example, super glue packages usually say the tubes are multi use and you can reseal them, but usually they don't reseal well and you have to cut the application tip the next time you want to use it. Instead of dealing with a mess I shouldn't have to deal with( according to the package), I just return it and get my money back..
>>
Yes, good thread, take as much as you can get from Wal-Mart. Load your cart up with as much as you want, plus a bunch of cheap <$1 items such as ramen. Scan two cheap items, then put an expensive item in the bag and quickly put it in your cart. Repeat til you have a cart full of bags and only $10 on the check out.
>>
>>38528355
So you're the one leaving half-open superglue tubes.

I rarely have the urge to steal, and I've never acted on those urges. Technically I can do it and most likely get away with it too, but that still isn't enough for me to do it. I've "stolen" things people have forgotten at my job like a pair of Sennheiser earbuds, and a monthly unlimited MetroCard(which is worth $110+), but I've never gone into a store and stolen anything from it.
>>
>>38529527
because in the current social arrangement people work within the given system to get that item in that store, it is the property of the building you are in, they are offering said property for an asking price and you're breaking the social agreement. literally hundreds of people at least go into getting that property there and you think you're more important than all of them, thats why it's wrong. (ps i'm neither a capitalist nor a socialist)

I accidentally shoplifted a carrier bag the other day (UK plastic bag tax). I must have forgot to scan it through the self checkout, and it set the alarm off as I walked out of Tesco. There were no other bags to use, and I assumed it was just there for anyone to take so I thought fuck it why not. But looking back I think someone had left it there by accident and I just took it.

what would you risk being busted for, CP?

shoplifting is relatively low-key, and it can be done ethically.

(e.g) i only take things from multi-corporates that shaft their workers with min wage or near enough to make no matter. Usually it's stuff like cologne or beauty products (stuff thats sort of expensive) and I always make purchases with my lift

I've also had success at taking things in moderation throughout my lifetime, and only when the opportunity arises to insure minimum risk. have yet to been caught

Unfortunately in this day and age it's getting more and more suspect attempting to take things, as HD video recording is cheap to maintain and becoming ubiquitous. it's not a stretch to get picked up if you try target a store more than once

pick your battles, hone your techniques, stay away from shit thats tagged, dont hover around long enough for staff to get suspicious

and no, i've not done shoplifting in tandem with other people (though i acknowledge collaboration is far more effective)

keep

This >>38528394 when i was a teenager i use to shove stuff up my sleeves and down my pants. Now every blue moon i put something extra in my bags when i do self check out.

It's just not worth it I was completely embarrassed when I tried to save 20 bucks by lifting something. Cried because the guy new my boss and everyone was literally laughing at me. They decided to let me go. I won't shop at this chain anymore.

Do you know how cops cracked down on the little guys in the 80s and so forth to get to the big guys in organized crime? Well small shit like this can still ruin you. You get a record. You aren't a kid. It's not worth it because in this society you're afforded certain privileges like access to food and water and the chance to grow but if you're caught then you are throwing those things out the window.

Morally of course who cares about corporations who buttfuck little people. But it's a terrible move financially. So little little little gain for a huge risk. Do yourself a favor. Just stop.
>>
I steal mostly from the high end supermarket that I used to work at. Love pocketing 40$ candles and fancy deserts.

a friend of mine never stood up during verbal or non-verbal fights, yet he proudly and bravely stole pints from pubs, I wasn't hanging out with him around that time or I would have told him to put that shit down because I didn't want to get arrested for being an accomplice

thank goodness my parents completely scared me off about stealing stuff when I was a kid, so yeah

He now takes pics of him half naked with a cat and posts it on facebook, the cringe runs high. Also a raging cuck with an ultra ugly gf.

Hang yourself if you're reading this, D.
