Open "Classic Start Menu Settings" make sure you're on the "Start Menu Style" tab, check the "Replace Start button" box, check the "Custom" button, click "Pick image," then select the PNG file.

The rest of the taskbar is a slightly lighter shade of gray than the start button. It probably doesn't bother you but I would change it to make the transformation complete. I would also set the taskbar buttons to "never combine."

I was cucked into it from the "free upgrade", it did it on it's own, I came to my PC after going outside for a bit, and it was in the middle of updating; I don't mind WIN10, I actually kinda like it

I think WIN7 had bad problems on my PC, because after WIN10 my PC was super fucking fast, and would never get hot
