This actually made me cry (first it made me smile, then cry). I'm realising that this is not normal. I've been like that for so many years and since I'm really good at hiding it and playing a role nobody in my surroundings knows how bad it it. They know that I have some Problems, but they know shit.

I still have a job and am functioning just on the level where I don't an hero or hurt myself otherwise. I'm so afraid that if I try to change something regarding this situation that I get so distressed that I will no longer be able to resist trying to an hero or hurt myself otherwise.
