What I've learned is that never start a conversation by calling them pretty or beautiful. They are self aware that they are at least 8/10 so no benefit in pointing it out unless you're a chad.

Try bringing up something related to them instead. Like if you see a girl posting cooking tutorials, compliment one of her dishes and ask a random question about it I.e "you added cinnamon powder but would there be a way to use cinnamon sticks instead?"

Speak to their skills, not features. If they are vapid thots only posting cleavage pics then go ahead compliment them but also ask something else too.
