Let's be real, there's no way out of a pornaddiction, right?

I've been watching porn since I turned 12, I'm about to turn 22. Until the past year I always ignored and didn't even notice when girls were attracted to me. I had a mental crisis, lost all my friends, and am now stuck in a life that offers nothing. My day consists of waking up, checking youtube and 4chan, eating something, going to uni, come back, jerk off for 6 hours, drive somewhere with my car if I'm really bored and go to bed.
It's the same fucking thing for the past three years. I do have friends, but I'm shy to go outside, because I can't handle the real world. I tried quitting porn, longest I lasted was two weeks (not even entire 14 days).

This has been all my life, I never had anybody close to me, I don't know what love is, I don't know what human compantionship is, human interaction is something I gotta force myself to.
I tried working out and talking to girls, and it goes well for a few weeks, but then I fall into the "masturbation and porn is easier, you know you can pull girls, just quit this real life shit, too much effort".
I am weak and unable to quit this shit. I've only ever lived with my mom, had no dad-person ever in my life and I feel like that's the reason why I'm so lazy and a damn loser. The best thing for me would be is if my mom kicked me out, but I'm too comfortable in this shitty life that eats my damn soul and has eaten my teenage years.
Fuck this life I am living.
