There is no path to take. Life is inherently suffering. The only think we can do to alleviate ourselves is to let go of chasing things such as a "path", a "car", or a "house". It is not wrong to own these necessarily but it should not be such a goal as to impact your daily life and happiness.

Instead of always chasing something to achieve, learn to live more in the moment without thinking of the past or the perceived future. It will turn out much better this way.
