get tiling wm and make a script to change themes, it will edit your xinitrc, conky, wm colors/fonts, everything and all you have to do is lot out and log back in and you have a new theme. the hard part is actually making the themes. but once you have it you can switch back and forth

Like for instance a light<->dark theme switcher is really useful

or something more dynamic even like just having a single dotfile with let's say the word SBLUE in it and your script would go through and look for that string and replace it with a color hex code that is the blue you want for your current theme. so the dotfiles would have to have like an original and an acting file
