you only need to get out of the out in the early morning and near dusk.
Those are comfy and realistic hours.
After dusk it goes back at looking like a VG

My derealization is becoming severe. It hits incredibly hard the moment I step outside. I don't know how to resolve this. The only thing that helps is to take Xanax before going out. What has helped you guys?

Before I became an outcast NEET, quitting gaming for a while helped me alot, and going out more.
I got to the point where I perceived people as literal NPCs like off Skyrim b4 quitting.
Nowdays I just embrace it.. It makes reality more fun and calms me to a degree because it doesn't seem as dangerous or real, so less anxiety.
For instance even talking to people or even female doesn't bother me anymore bc it doesn't feel real to a large degree. I simply don't care.

I appreciate you sharing, anon. It definitely makes things relatively less mundane while harboring terror tenfold.

That's what I feel like after being up for 48 hours on an adderall binge. Feels like playing a Battlefield game at full brightness.
