Look forward to wagie life anon, if you can find a job that you don't absolutely detest you can live a pretty comfy life of working somewhere nice, and coming home to your own house/apartment/whatever every night. Getting out of your parents' house provides you with a newfound freedom that I don't think anyone on this board is capable of truly appreciates.

Remember, normies are only nice when they want things from you, and the moment you stop letting them make use of you, they'll turn on you. Don't buy into their initial attempts to befriend you. That's how they rope you into their bullshit. You probably still have feelings at this point in you life, so you'll do them seemingly small favors. They'll ease you into doing more and more until your basically living for them. Eventually, you won't be able to deal with it, and you'll tell them all to fuck off. It'll ruin your reputation though, and your life will be hell at work after that.

Don't fall for the hard work meme. Identify the guy who does the least, and do about half and again what he does. Your boss won't like it, but he won't try to sucker you into shit, and your head will never be first on the chopping block. If you want to have a life, save up paid time off, and use it the moment you have full weeks. Sandwich your weeks between consecutive off days for nine day stretches. Make full use of the call-out policy. Your boss will get angry, but again, he wasn't going to do you any favors anyway. I've been in retail for a long time, and I've rarely if ever seen hard/reliable workers or long-term employees move up. Good positions almost always go to new hires or favorites (read: women and Chads). To even get a fraction of what they'll be given for the accomplishment of being born, you'll have to backstab, character assassinate, and sabotage on top of being better than they are to begin with.

Even if you win, there's no victory in it. I made it to the top of the shit pile, yes, but I'm barely human. I don't enjoy anything that I have, I have no friends, and virtually everyone I've known in the past seven years probably wishes that I'd die in a fire. I'm pretty sure I caused at least one suicide.
