Keep your last two doses and tough it out as long as possible.
When you can't stand it take a half pill. The more you can taper the less shitty it will be.
Eat less of it in the future, or this will happen to you again.

I tapered off because I finally got a weed connection, it was so easy after being addicted to the shits for like 5 years. At my worst I was popping 4mg a day (2 bars), and it didn't do shit to me at that point. I've ran out twice, both times nearly ended my life. You can't go cold turkey its impossible. Today I am 100% benzo free and I'm free of all my other medications, thank god for weed. I feel fucking amazing as well.

I take 3mg everyday, have been doing so for nearly a year (last fall I was on 6mg/day). I'm absolutely terrified of my script running out, but at the same time being dependent on these pills really makes you feel lifeless at times. Fall 2014 I got prescribed 8mg per day and ended up in a mental hospital for a week over New Years because I threatened suicide. But when I was on those 8mg I actually went on a couple dates and kissed someone.

I think I'm in for a ride since I drank last sunday. I've read a lot about alcohol and benzos and apparently when your drink you either pause recovery or reset all your recovery progress. Something like that.
I wish I could find someone that could sell me something. It doesn't have to be clonazepam either. I'm just a neet with no friends. If I had like 5 .5mg of clonazepam, that would be 20 doses. If I don't drink the entire time I should be good.
A lot of people say .125mg is nothing so maybe I'm good since I'm stabilized at that dosage atm. But yeah, I drank 2 days ago.

Yeah I was taking 3 mg of k and then ran out on a friday and the pharmacy I get my pills for free is closed on the weekends. I could have gotten more on Monday but I was legit insane. I went for about a week and half and thought I was going to die.Anyway I finally got back on the 3 mg and am down to 1 mg now, I"m tapering off. It's definitely not something to fuck around with.

for life? maybe. I've taken other pills before but I'm off them now. I seem to have permanent effects like tremors, i wouldnt be surprised if i end up with parkingsons later if i'm still alive. all I got left is this benzo to beat. i don't think im at risk for seizure at such a low dose though.
