What do you guys do when things stop pleasuring you? I go through periods of time where I just have a lack of pleasure or entertainment from the few things that actually make me not hate life. Usually the pleasure is fleeting even when it is there, but I'm just stuck in what is nearly a complete drought. It doesn't help I have a limited selection of interests. I just want to briefly enjoy a moment halp

I like running 5Ks up hills so I really enjoy simply not being in pain.
