it's normal and acceptable to see brits, french, germans, etc etc throwing banters at each other, like you know each of europe has beef with everyone else. but they've all been white. is it normal for nonwhite to participate in throwing banters as well ? like "filthy germans !" or something, you know, it's pretty normal among europeans but is it still acceptable if a nonwhite "european" participate in it ?

It depends on where you live. If you live in your home country, then sure. But if you live in Germany yourself that would be ungrateful and rude (It doesn't matter if you are a refugee, or if you moved there voluntarily). Either you are German and participate in the banter against the French and Brits, or you just shut your mouth or move back to wherever.

I always find it funny when foreigners reference their own local rivalries from where they are form though, Nips and Koreans, Arabs Jews and Iranians, Pakis and Indians, etc
