What would be the best amount of calories to eat for quick weight loss each day? I've lost 13 pounds over 3 weeks but want to lose weight quicker. I've been eating around 1000 calories a day

Really easy eat food and make sure you're getting at least up 1300 calories of just good fiber,protein, and some fruit for sugar if you really need something sweet. Bananas are good eat them frozen. You can mash them when they're semi frozen too put a little maple syrup that isn't shit syrup on that some cinnamon and some raspberries and you're good.
