Which one is better? The first I feel implies that it is generally accepted that the person is cute. its like a fact. The second one I feel sounds more personal, and kind of implies a more "they might not think you're cute, but I do," kinda thing. Which do you think carries more weight?

Little shit like that isn't what gets you women, they either like you right away and there's not really much you can do to fuck it up (i.e. be a chad or extremely funny) or you have to cultivate a relationship from long term exposure in the form of friends or acquaintances.
Agonizing over little bits like this keeps you from seeing the bigger picture. It's all about how you handle relationships. One of my friends says the most autistic shit possible, and isn't that attractive, but he still gets women because he's good at being a likable person.
